Joint Municipal Court
The Joint Municipal Court is a part-time court system servicing:
Village of Waukesha and Village of Big Bend

Municipal Court sessions are held at the Village Hall, located at W230S9185 Nevins St. in Big Bend. The Court Clerk holds office hours at the Village Hall, Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Failure to pay the fine or appear in court on the assigned court date may result in a default judgment against you. This may include the suspension of your driver’s license and/or an arrest warrant being issued.
Effective May 1, 2016, the Village of Waukesha and Village of Big Bend will hold Joint Municipal Court proceedings.

Ticket Payments
Payments for citations may be made by one of the following methods:
- Pay online with debit or credit card
- Mail a check or money or to the Big Bend Municipal Court, W230S9185 Nevins St., Big Bend, WI 53103.
- Pay in-person with cash, check or money order at the Village Hall during office hours, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
